Dear Gran,
Today we had an offer accepted on a house! I know there's still a long way to go before we actually get the keys, but the fact that we were able to make an offer with such confidence is entirely because of you. It's such a bittersweet feeling knowing just how much you would have liked to see Chad and I in our own home and yet I'll never be able to give you a Skype-tour or send you photos or keep you updated as we navigate home ownership.
I will never be able to say a big enough thank you for making this next chapter of our lives possible, but you will be with us every step of the way until we have the keys to our very own front door.
